Description:

The International Strategic Crisis Negotiation Exercise (ISCNE) is a small-scale diplomatic simulation produced by the U.S. Army War College and MSC SCONA. Student delegates are divided into multiple country teams, and work with a USAWC Fellow, who serves as their mentor for the exercise. Each of the delegations represent a nation or interested global actor at a simulated peace negotiation conference. The USAWC only conducts 15 of these exercises annually and SCONA is one the only undergraduate institution where it is offered.
