Description:

Any business undergraduate in good academic standing may apply to participate in SUMMIT. Selected students participate in large group sessions, small group dialogues, and personal reflection activities to enhance. The conference incorporates topics including values, personal instruments (MBTI, StrengthsFinder), resilience, and dreams. The program aims to equip students as developing leaders through purposeful reflection and honest self-awareness.
