Description:

The Corps of Cadets is hosting its 10th Annual Intentional Leadership Conference on February 17-18, 2025. The purpose of the conference is to enhance participants' leadership and character development through an intentional focus on building career competencies that will help them prepare to successfully transition into the workplace. Each day, the conference includes featured speakers and panel discussions scheduled for the following times: 10:00-11:00 AM, 2:00-3:00 PM, and 4:30-6:00 PM. SOMS 281, 381, 482, and 487 students are required to attend specific conference sessions. Some cadets are selected as conference delegates who attend multiple small group sessions throughout the day and engage in meaningful conversations on subtopics related to the conference theme.
