Description:

The SWACURH Regional Leadership Conference (RLC) is an annual event within the Southwest Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls (SWACURH) that brings together student leaders from residence halls across the region, which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mexico. This conference focuses on developing leadership skills, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative community among Residence Hall Associations (RHAs) and National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) members. Through workshops, presentations, and networking events, students are empowered to enhance their impact on campus life, advocate for residents, and implement innovative programming in their home institutions.
