The Aggie Muster Barbecue takes place on April 19th from 11 am to 2 pm. The barbecue is used a celebration of the 50th Reunion Class and is a way that we welcome them back to Aggieland to experience the camaraderie of A&M on the day of an integral A&M tradition. The Class of 1974 will be the Reunion Class that is honored this year at the barbecue and the neighboring classes of 1972, 1972, 1975, and 1976 have also been invited as a way to further the camaraderie aspect of the barbecue for the Reunion Class. Current students are able to attend and are strongly encouraged to come and meet the Reunion Class members. Having connections with our former students allows students to further their connection with Texas A&M and helps them to see that the Aggie Spirit is something that transcends time. Additionally, we hope that by having these current students attend the barbecue, we are able to spread awareness about the tradition of Muster and ensure that all Aggies know the tradition of Muster that unites us all and provides the Aggies on the Roll Call with the closure to their Aggie journey.
