Description:

The International Strategic Crisis Negotiation Exercise (ISCNE) is an annual program that is co-hosted with MSC SCONA and the U.S. Army War College. During the exercise, military experts and professors from various fields will guide students as they negotiate through a crisis in an international conflict zone. Participating delegates will act as representatives of various countries, media, and government entities throughout the world to perform the simulation. Throughout this two day event, the delegates will demonstrate and challenge their diplomatic skills, international knowledge, and creative capabilities. The event will take place from February 9-10, 2021 at the Memorial Student Center where it has traditionally been held at Texas A&M University. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided throughout the event.
