SUBJECT: Excused Absence

I respectfully request that you excuse the absence of the cadets listed at the bottom of this letter. They are members of the Corps of Cadets Marksmanship Unit. On March 28th the cadets listed below will be traveling to New Hampshire and competing in The Elite Warrior Competition. They are performing this as an official duty representing Texas A&M University and the Corps of Cadets. Please excuse there absence from any class, lab, outfit duties, formations and tests.
