Argentine Student Association

Public Profile

About This Organization

Abbreviation(s):
ASA
Purpose:
The primary mission of the organization will be to bring all the Argentine students, faculty, and community members within the Texas A&M family together. All the members will be able to share their culture and traditions. Furthermore, it will allow networking and social activity between students, professors and community members.

It will be great way for all of us to get to know each other and have someone to count on. Furthermore, it would be a great help for new student coming to A&M for the first time. We could help them settle and teach them all about the Aggie tradition and values.

The organization will also participate in international events organized by Texas A&M. This will help us show our culture and tradition to other students from the United States or other countries. Having a perspective of other cultures will allow students to widen their mind and accept other cultures equally.

This student organization will also allow all the Argentine students to get more involved with the Aggie community while enhancing leadership and communication skills. Most of members will be required to perform a role that will help them develop leadership skills.
