Corps of Cadets Men's Basketball Team

Public Profile

About This Organization

Abbreviation(s):
CCMBT
Purpose:
Mission Statement: To give members of the Corps of Cadets an equal opportunity to participate in competitive basketball. We want to develop a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship amongst peers, and enhance the Corps of Cadets basketball program and the Corps of Cadets through recruiting student-athletes.

Purpose: A club basketball team will improve the Corps of Cadets' image. Current and prospective cadets who want to participate in athletics will now have the opportunity to become involved in a sport that we all know and love. The Corps of Cadets club basketball team is in such high demand, skilled players are unnoticed and are looking for another way to partake in university activities. We plan on bringing together skilled players from across all units to promote social cohesion. Lastly, we will amplify the Corps of Cadets and Texas A&M's excellence through the expansion and success of our team.
