About This Organization

Purpose:
Our purpose to is provide a friendly environment for individuals who enjoy playing chess. We hold tournaments, both unrated and USCF rated, throughout the semester. Some members occasionally travel to Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas for larger tournaments in order to represent Texas A&M. These tournaments are optional, although highly encouraged.
