Purpose:
SKY Happiness (Previously known as YesPlus/The Art of Living) programs teach students to thrive in life and lead with clarity of mind, resilience, purpose, and belongingness. This is done by offering experiential programs integrating empirically-validated breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga with practical wisdom that eliminate stress, create a sense of belonging, restore human values, and encourage people from all backgrounds, religion, and cultural traditions to come together in celebration and service.

We are part of a global network committed to creating a stress-free and violence-free society. Art of Living Foundation is an international non-profit educational and humanitarian organization dedicated to serving society by empowering individuals.
