TAMUG Sword & History Club
About This Organization
- Abbreviation(s):
- SHC
- Purpose:
- Our primary focus is that of broadening our understanding of the past, particularly of medieval Europe, and apply it to our daily lives and the future. We also encourage the sharing of individual interests, such as music, medicine, and architecture through the means of weekly presentations. There is a second aspect of historical European martial arts, where the art of the sword is kept alive through peer education. Come see what we're about!
