Purpose:
The Hazards and Disasters Student Association seeks to provide opportunities for students to learn how hazards, disasters, and the changing climate are affecting our communities. We also will be helping communities affected by disasters, engage in community-focused research efforts on the impacts of hazards and disasters, and introduce students to professional careers in hazard mitigation, disaster recovery, and climate resilience.
