Purpose:
The Emergency Medicine Interest Group is a student-run organization that provides exposure to various aspects of emergency medicine to those students contemplating a career in emergency medicine (the best specialty). Through regular meetings, workshops, and lectures, we hope to foster an interest in emergency medicine. This also serves as an organized way to network, receive mentorship, and navigate the process of becoming a successful ER physician.
