Description:

Each fall, the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship takes a group of students on a field trip to learn more about the entrepreneurial mindset. The students are selected for the trip based on their leadership and involvement with the McFerrin Center's programs, such as our Startup Living Learning Community, Startup Aggieland, 3 Day Startup, and our student organizations.

The students attending the field trip will engage in networking through meeting successful entrepreneurs and exploring the startup environment in the Alamo city. Students will visit the incubator, Geekdom, and sit in on a presentation from Texas A&M entrepreneur and alumni, Graham Weston (founder of Rackspace Hosting, Inc.).
