TAMU Sahithya will be traveling to Florida to compete in Akshara, a collegiate Indian classical dance competition hosted by the University of Central Florida (UCF). Akshara brings together college dance teams from across the country to promote and celebrate Indian culture through Indian classical dance. The competition serves as a platform to showcase artistic talent, foster cultural appreciation, and build a strong sense of community among dancers and audiences. TAMU Sahithya is proud to represent Texas A&M University, connect with fellow dancers who share a passion for Indian classical dance, and compete for the opportunity to advance to the national level.
