Description:

Participation in the Southeastern Greek Leadership Association (SGLA) serves as a premier development opportunity for fraternity and sorority leaders to enhance their governance, collaboration, and leadership skills. SGLA provides practical programming, networking opportunities, and educational sessions focused on council operations, risk management, leadership development, and community impact. Attendance allows officers to engage with peers and professionals from across the region, share best practices, and bring back actionable insights to strengthen their respective councils and chapters. As part of our Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life expectations, at least one officer from each of our four governing councils is required to attend this conference to ensure continued growth, representation, and excellence within our community.
