ENGR 484 - The international research internship course is intended to provide students an engineering experience as well as the opportunity to be emerged in another culture. Not only living in another country for the summer, but also learning to do work alongside people from other cultures and think in the reality of the country where the internship is being pursued.

This is a two-part course:
• Summer 2018 Zero-credit 484: Summer internship abroad (pass or fail grading)
• Fall 2018 1-credit 484: Workshop, assignments and poster summit presentation (letter grade)
This year, we are excited to announce that the Poster Summit with be in conjunction with Dr. Banks' Board Meeting. This will allow all students to the opportunity to detail the international research internship as well as network with Dr. Banks' Board Members.
In addition, the five winners of the Engineering Learning Community Introduction To Research (ELCIR) Poster Showcase are also invited to attend this event for the duration of the Dean's Board Luncheon and Poster Summit.
