The Spencer Leadership Conference is a 3 day leadership conference taking place in Dallas, TX for sophomores at Texas A&M. There are 55 delegates going on the conference. Delegates will be hearing from speakers in various fields about their perspectives on the three pillars of leadership that the conference focuses on: selfless, self-aware and innovative leadership.
