Purpose:
The primary purpose of SQ-23 is to develop leadership through a professional, military styled environment that is associated with Air Force ROTC. This professionalism, that is fostered in the cadets, helps provide a foundation that positively influences academic success, the development of leaders, and physical fitness. The mission of Squadron 23 is to produce academically successful leaders of character who are ready for careers after graduation and high quality frogs who take on meaningful roles throughout the quad.
