The primary purpose of SQ-23 is to develop leadership through a professional, military styled environment that is associated with Air Force ROTC. This professionalism, that is fostered in the cadets, helps provide a foundation that positively influences academic success, the development of leaders, and physical fitness. Squadron 23 also provides a social outlet, and helps to inspire moral fortitude.
