As the flagship organization of the Texas A&M Masters of Health Administration program, AFHL's primary mission is to foster the professional development of its members through workshops, speaker events, and conferences. Membership in AFHL is strongly encouraged for graduate students interested in Healthcare Administration. Members of AFHL are also encouraged to join the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
