Purpose:
The purposes of the Texas A&M student branch are exclusively scientific and educational and include, but are not limited to: 1. the advancement of the sciences of heating, refrigerating and air-conditioning engineering and related sciences 2. the continuing education of the members and other interested persons in the said sciences, through lectures, demonstrations, and publications 3. the rendition of career guidance to students of the sciences, and 4. the encouragement of scientific research.
