Purpose:
To provide an avenue for students who are ethnically from the South Asian subcontinent to meet one another, network with other students, find mutual support, and enjoy cultural events. The purpose of SAC will also be to help those who are new from South Asia to integrate into American culture and society as well as providing opportunities to enjoy fellowship with other students from both similar and different ethnic backgrounds and still participating in South Asian cultural events.
