Purpose:
The purpose of the AMHA organization is to make the Texas A&M Student Body an active force in changing the culture around mental health at our university, surrounding communities, and around the globe. The objectives of AMHA include, but are not limited to:
-Increasing awareness of available resources (both on and off campus)
-Providing education and training surrounding mental health
-Creating conversations on campus about mental health
-Making mental health stigma bad bull
-Cultivating an environment in which every Aggie feels empowered to make a difference for the sake of their own mental wellbeing and others
