- The Preservation and Conservation Student Society (PACSS) of Texas A&M University is an educational, departmental organization dedicated to the advancement of the preservation field and related areas of conservation study through activities that include advocacy, community outreach, extracurricular scholarship, and interdisciplinary collaboration. PACSS membership is open to all students at Texas A&M University. We especially encourage students doing the Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation, and undergraduate minors in Art & Architectural History and Architectural Heritage Conservation, to join our organization. We have a collective goal to contribute to the College of Architecture and Texas A&M as a whole, creating a network of opportunity, understanding, and development across disciplines.
