Freshmen Leadership Development Retreat is a three day retreat dedicated to assisting freshmen recognize their leadership strengths and improve their weaknesses. Through speakers, team-building exercises and leadership workshops, FLDR strives to provide the freshmen with a better understanding and a greater awareness of his or her potential to become an influential Aggie leader.
