- An Orientation Leader (OL) is an A&M student leader who volunteers to assist in a variety of programs that involve helping new and prospective students and their families. AOLP is a student organization responsible for coordinating and staffing New Student Conferences. Orientation Leaders seek to create an atmosphere that minimizes anxiety, promotes positive attitudes, and stimulates excitement for learning in all new TAMU students. By becoming an OL, you can still participate in other summer activities such as Fish Camp, T- Camp, ExCel, and other programs.
