The purpose of the Rudder Hall Council is to provide the women of Rudder Hall the opportunity to take full advantage of the intellectual, cultural, social, academic, and recreational experiences in Rudder Hall and at Texas A&M University. We would like to develop a passionate attitude toward learning and to achieve a spirit of community among the residents.
