Purpose:
Hart Hall Council serves to create an environment which will enhance the Aggie experience for all Hart Hall residents by encouraging the development of character, leadership, and identity. We strive to provide opportunities for residents of Hart Hall through service, educational and social programming and to build a community where free expression and opinion are embraced. Hart Hall Council also serves as a representative voice, advocating on the issues and concerns of all Hart Hall residents, with the ultimate goal of creating the best on-campus community at Texas A&M University.
