Purpose:
The purpose of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets Marathon Team is to enable highly motivated cadets who are interested in running a marathon to safely and successfully complete a marathon event. The goals of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets Marathon Team are to provide the motivation, instruction, and training necessary to complete a marathon. Classroom instruction topics include shoes, injuries, nutrition, hydration, and training plans. Training events include individual and group runs, route orientation, race techniques, and strategies.
