To develop a desirable attitude toward learning and to achieve a spirit of fellowship and unity among the residents of Legett Hall. To create an environment that will encourage self-expression within the acceptable limits, and the expression of residents talents in an original and creative manner. To provide an avenue by which residents may express ideas, concerns, and opinions to the University. To serve as the general governing body affecting Legett Hall.
